Easy and Convenient Way To Store Supplements!

Do you take daily supplements?

I workout daily and follow an extremely healthy diet as a happy vegetarian.

I also take supplements daily at the recommendation of my Naturopath.

At my yearly appointment, she reviews my blood panel, typical food intake, and my supplements.

She analyzes the supplements and makes sure I’m not taking too much or too little.

Taking a handful of supplements can be time consuming especially if you have to open each bottle daily!

It takes about 10 minutes to fill a 28 day vitamin holder every two weeks.

Check out the video below!

You won’t have to open bottles one by one.

If you have supplements that you want to carry in your car, you can use a smaller organizer.

They are relatively inexpensive and you can purchase them at most drug stores and online as well.

Here’s a sample of what I take daily and what’s in my pill organizer:

Vitamin D3 – Vitamin D3 can lessen the symptoms of chronic conditions such as diabetes and arthritis. Helps with weight control, memory and mood.

Calcium, Magnesium, Zinc – Calcium promotes healthy bones and teeth, works with calcium to help maintain strong, healthy bones and supports the immune system. Magnesium plays a role in muscle and nerve function, blood pressure regulation and energy metabolism.  Zinc boosts the body’s immune system and helps wound healing.

Chelated Magnesium – May help nervous tension, mild anxiety, stress, muscle tension, weakness, spasms, cramps, and restless legs,

Chromium Picolinate – Chromium helps reduce the amount of sugar circulating in your blood.  Supports healthy blood sugar levels.

Jarro Dophilus – Jarro Dophilus protects the probiotic bacteria from stomach acid. Promotes healthy intestinal microflora, which in turn helps to support intestinal health and immune function.

Omega 3 – Omega-3’s have anti-inflammatory benefits.

B Complex – Shown to improve overall energy and help stress-related fatigue.

Chelated Iron – Supports iron deficiencies.

Evening Primrose Oil – Evening primrose oil has anti-inflammatory properties.

Biogenesis – Biofem HRT 60 caps – Designed for hormonal support.

Flax Seed Oil – Flax Seed Oil may reduce inflammation.

Remember if you are interested in taking supplements, discuss with your physician.
