Life coaching provides a safe environment to show you your mind, behavior and results, where there’s potential for awareness to surface.

It also helps you discover the root cause of your issues (your thoughts) so you can improve those thoughts, creating a better and more powerful solution.

I can help you look at how you may be showing up and why you may be struggling.

Before entering into a coaching relationship it’s important to talk about your goals during a discovery session.

I’ll ask a few questions that evoke discovery and insight and we’ll go from there. We’ll discuss where you are, where you want to be and how I can guide you there.

Once you sign up for coaching, the first couple of sessions will be focused on where you are in different areas in your life such as health, career, social life, and relationships.

We then determine goals and establish what you hope to achieve through life coaching.

Life coaching isn’t giving advice, administering therapy or counseling. It’s asking the right questions and providing a supportive space to discover what’s possible.

12 Week Package Includes:
