It’s nice to be creative and organized, isn’t it?

I learned a couple of years ago how to create home decor from liquor bottles, and while it was a fun process, I’m over it!

I made 20 – 30 bottles, and gave most of my beautiful creations and supplies away.

Some people were born to craft and always have new and exciting ideas!

Creating blog posts and online graphics are what gets my creative juices flowing!

Scientific American says that “practicing creative-thinking techniques could improve anyone’s health by lowering stress and exercising the brain.” Good news!

To recap, here are the five ideas on how to brainstorm!

1. Pick a problem / Subject for brainstorm
2. Walk at comfortable pace while brainstorming
3. Come up with as many ideas as you can
4. Speak and record your ideas
5. Cap your time

I have come up with many creative ideas when exercising, which is one reason I love to exercise.
